Automotive Technology

Students learn how to repair and maintain gas and hybrid vehicles, motorcycles, and equipment. Students develop skills in using hand tools, operating four stroke engines, and completing various vehicle repairs. Advanced students learn to troubleshoot problems involving four stroke theory, ignition/fuel systems, and modern electronic onboard computer systems. Emphasis is placed on safety orientation throughout the program.
